Parasols were an absolute necessity for young ladies during the nineteenth century, as having a suntan was considered a sign of coarse breeding. Our fine lace parasol could have been seen in any fine ladies hand as she strolled through the park with her beau.

Parasol measures 26” long and canopy measures approximately 34” in diameter when opened. Features a latch to keep parasol open or closed. Matching ivory lace fan is also available.
